Martha is pleased to announce a new location and date for her annual summer White Belt in BC. This will be a magical 'retreat' type training with everyone staying at the lodge.

Special for Belt holders: Now that Nia HQ is offering everyone the rate of $125 to retake any belt, this is a wonderful opportunity to dive in for the complete week! As always, you will be welcome to audit four sessions for free.

Didi has been visiting Lesvos, the third largest Greek Island, for over 30 years and is very familiar with its customs and language. Situated in the North East Aegean, it does not draw the cruise traffic so a more authentic Greek experience is waiting for you. Didi loves to share its magic and mysteries.

Debbie and Carlos Rosas shared Nia Art and Craft with passion and love.
Anna Schantz and Marla Gold organized the Event in the most impeccable way.
All the dancers filled the space with the Joy of Movement through their happy bodies, minds and spirits! CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE NEW BLUE BELTS!

January 22nd Vancouver Nia Jam was a great turn out with 65 participants and 9 teachers in total.
